肖智，出生于1985年5月28日，场上司职前锋。2017-2019年间共代表中国队出战正式比赛17场，进3球。

2017年6月7日，在广州天河体育场进行的中国队与菲律宾队的热身赛中，32岁的肖智首次代表国家队出场。他身披22号球衣首发登场，并在第25分钟接尹鸿博传中，头球打进了中国队的第二粒入球，这是他为国家队攻入的首球。

2017年9月5日，在世预赛12强赛中国队客战卡塔尔队的比赛中，他在第74分钟的进球为中国队扳平比分，最后中国队2:1逆转获胜。

2019年1月20日，在亚洲杯1/8决赛中，肖智替补登场，在第67分钟补射破门，为中国队扳平比分，并帮助中国队2:1逆转泰国队，晋级2019年亚洲杯八强。
